Frank Ocean Releases New Visual Album

Frank Ocean Releases New Visual Album

It’s been four years since Frank Ocean dropped his album “Channel Orange,” which fans have been listening to faithfully while waiting for a new project. Throughout the last four years there’s been rumors of new music to be released; all of those rumors were deemed false. This left Frank’s fans disappointed and even more eager for the real thing. At the beginning of August, there were multiple sources leaking information that his new project was set to drop on the 5th.  There was so much hype and excitement built up that day; it felt like there was no way Frank wouldn’t drop it. Along came August 6th – No album was dropped, however,  artists such as Kanye and Lil B confirmed to sources that they worked with Frank on the album. This finally gave fans closure, and left them with the mindset that this album actually existed.

Last night, almost two weeks after the rumored release date, Frank Ocean dropped “Endless” completely unannounced. Fans were expecting “Boys Don’t Cry,” but that project is set to release later this week. “Endless” is a visual album; it starts with Frank’s beautiful cover to “At Your Best” by Aaliyah. The 45 minute video is in all black and white and focuses on Frank, whom appears to be building something. Although it has been a while without Frank, he blessed us with a beautiful album, and he’s got one more on the way.
